About the Role

This position involves supervising a nursing unit, overseeing Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants. The successful candidate will be able to cover in the absence or need of Primary Care Nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants
  • Participate in direct patient care, administering medication and providing primary skin care as needed
  • Moderate treatment regimens to meet patients' physical and psychosocial needs

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive base pay range of $40.20 - $63.64 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current Registered Nurse license
  • National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • At least 3 years of RN experience, preferably in sub-acute care, or previous charge nurse experience, or 2 years relevant leadership experience
