We are seeking a skilled Electroneurodiagnostic Technician to join our team at NYU Langone Hospital - Brooklyn. As an EEG Technician, you will play a critical role in performing video-electroencephalographic procedures for patients, operating equipment to record electrical activity of the brain, and monitoring patient heart and brain activity during procedures.

• Perform video-electroencephalographic procedures for patients as ordered by physicians
• Operate equipment to record electrical activity of the brain
• Monitor patient heart and brain activity during procedures
• Prepare study files for interpretation by a physician
• Document patient activity during exams
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot technical problems

• High School Diploma
• EEG Certification from a Neurodiagnostic training program or a minimum of 5 years experience of supervised training in an academic facility
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
