Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for supply operations, offering expertise in supply chain management and logistics policy to leadership, including recommendations for staffing.
- Lead a team of logistics personnel at project sites, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and organizational policies.
- Deliver ongoing training and guidance, facilitating the implementation of process improvements.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and manage the ordering of essential supplies through the designated procurement system.

- Ensure accountability for materials in the warehouse and stock areas at each medical facility, utilizing the organization’s Inventory Management System.
- Monitor, evaluate, and maintain a tracking system for requisition orders from initiation to delivery.
- Support pricing strategies for both new and ongoing projects, conducting price comparisons among various suppliers for different products.

- Train new personnel, preparing them for future deployment in supply support roles.
- Maintain comprehensive visibility of acquisitions at various stages in support of multiple contracts, engaging with diverse clients daily.

- Track metrics and report to senior management on special initiatives and routine logistics operations.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, expediting acquisitions while providing technical support and implementing procedures.
- Analyze situations effectively and recommend actionable solutions.
- Coordinate daily with requestors, cataloging, purchasing, and supply chain management teams.
- Assist in the development and execution of supply chain functions.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
