About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation, ensuring efficient and effective care.
  • Assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively, meeting the unique needs of each care community.
  • Develop and implement nutritional counseling and education programs for patients and families, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
Requirements
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
