Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, a valid RN license, and excellent written and communication skills. You should also have patience and empathy when interacting with patients and their families. In addition, you will need to have reliable transportation, an iPad or similar device, and necessary equipment to conduct patient assessments.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
