As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and enhancing their operational efficiency.
This position focuses on providing exceptional service for KraftPowercon's advanced AC to DC power electronic rectifier systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Service Engineering: Deliver on-site or remote support, including start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of KraftPowercon Rectifier Systems. Act as the liaison between customers and our internal teams.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations at KraftPowercon's assembly center, ensuring the efficient building, servicing, and delivery of power electronic rectifier systems.
- Proposal and Project Management: Engage in technical sales activities, preparing proposals and presentations, and conducting product demonstrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically with AC to DC power electronic rectifier systems, including hands-on experience with low and medium voltage electrical equipment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet customer needs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and work schedules.
