At Topgolf, we're seeking a skilled and charismatic Platinum Host to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to our venue is memorable and enjoyable.

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
• Assist guests with reservations, seating, and special requests, demonstrating a deep understanding of our menu and services.
• Provide detailed information about our menu, specials, and promotions, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our offerings.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, resolving issues in a fair and courteous manner.
• Coordinate with management and service staff to ensure smooth guest service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Upsell menu items and promote loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.

• Sales-driven and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Outstanding guest service and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and resolving issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or sales role is preferred, but not required.
