Café Attendant

Position Overview: We are currently in search of a Barista to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
• Maintain inventory levels by restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Design and prepare the coffee shop menu, featuring daily specials and unique drinks.
• Ensure that all residents and guests receive exceptional hospitality and timely service.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred experience in beverage preparation, including measuring, mixing, and garnishing.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and conduct are expected at all times.
