Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Aegis Therapies. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions
Requirements:
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice
  • Experience working with geriatric patients preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
