The Youth Care Specialist will work with psychiatric patients aged Pre-K to adolescents, providing care and support in a safe environment. Key responsibilities include assisting patients with daily living tasks, managing behavior, and participating in crisis intervention and teaching activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, or a related field required.
  • Prior experience working with at-risk youth preferred.
  • BLS certification and CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training required within 60 days of hire.
