Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Strategist to join our team at Park National. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and leading the digital product strategy roadmap, identifying market trends and opportunities, and aligning with the bank's business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of associates, including interviewing and selecting candidates, setting goals, assigning tasks, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Develop and lead the digital product strategy roadmap, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital products support business objectives, prioritize and advocate for a user-first mentality, and define KPIs and metrics to evaluate success.
  • Stay informed of the latest digital technologies, platforms, and tools, recommending innovations that enhance product offerings, and oversee the product lifecycle from idea generation to market launch.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures, and apply them to daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience in digital product strategy, digital marketing, or product management, with a strong understanding of digital product development, UX/UI design, and agile methodologies.
  • Project management skills with a track record of launching successful digital products, and proficiency in digital platforms, tools, and analytics software.

Work Environment:

Minimal travel is expected, and the position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be in constant communication with customers and coworkers.

Work from office locations in Newark, OH, Orlando or Weston, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.
