About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Healthcare Resources & Management Solutions. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disability, and other developmental delays.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Implement behavioral interventions and provide support to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in the field
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or RBT certification
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with special needs
  • Valid and current driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
