**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Pelican Products, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance duties to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Install, erect, and disassemble plant equipment and machines as directed
* Perform electrical, piping, carpentry, painting, sheet metal work, and other maintenance trades tasks to keep production in operation
* Conduct preventative maintenance on molding and plant equipment, including inspections, oiling, greasing, and adjustments
* Diagnose and correct mechanical problems on various manufacturing machines
* Assist in training Maintenance C associates
* Maintain established quality and quantity standards, following prescribed safety precautions and company policies

**Requirements:**

* Ability to complete assignments within specified time frames
* Effective interaction with employees at all levels
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Flexibility with work schedules and availability to work overtime

**Compensation:**

The approximate base compensation range is $29.70 to $34.16 per hour. The actual offer may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
