Job OverviewPosition Summary:

The Pricing Analyst role is crucial in delivering pricing strategies to Kalmbach Feeds' clientele through sales and account management channels. This position leverages data regarding pricing requirements, historical trends, market dynamics, and internal profit objectives to formulate pricing proposals.

  • Maintain and utilize essential pricing tools
  • Engage in data entry and conduct pricing evaluations
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance knowledge and expertise for providing competitive and precise pricing
  • Establish and nurture effective communication with the Kalmbach Feeds Sales team and all internal departments
  • Respond promptly to pricing inquiries
  • Employ innovative thinking to address pricing challenges
  • Identify discrepancies in data
  • Differentiate between various pricing requirements and solutions
  • Facilitate communication and assist in implementing pricing modifications

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in pricing or accounting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple tasks
  • Quick learner
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Intellectually inquisitive
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
