About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analytics Manager to join our Product Analytics & Experimentation team at NBCUniversal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and informing product strategy through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product teams to provide objective data-driven perspectives and align cross-functional teams on impact of delivery against goals.
  • Independently manage a team of Product Analysts as a player-coach focused on their analytical rigor and career growth.
  • Collaborate with Director, Growth & Product Analytics to manage and define team's roadmap and strategy for free user monetization, paid subscriber monetization, and cancellation.
  • Utilize expertise in data storytelling and actionable insights to drive decision-making and foster a data-driven culture within Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Design.
  • Lead the charge in solving critical business challenges and drive meaningful impact through ability to scope and execute high-priority, cross-functional projects.

  • Strong technical, analytical, and product background with ability to inform strategy and influence decisions that make an impact.
  • Ability to foster a culture of inclusion, empathy, analytical rigor, and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Experience with data-driven initiatives and ability to scale through expertly crafted analytical frameworks, robust documentation, and reusable code.
