HPLC Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Metrologist to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a key member of our analytical instrumentation team, you will be responsible for providing installation, repair, and maintenance services for a wide range of analytical systems, including HPLC, UPLC, GC, and MS instruments.

• Service and maintain a full suite of analytical systems from leading manufacturers, including Agilent, Shimadzu, Dionex, Thermo-Fisher, and Waters.
• Conduct repairs, including mechanical, electrical, and software support, on-site problem diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and upgrades to board level.
• Coordinate schedules for on-site preventative maintenance and equipment installations.
• Document service procedures for repairs, installation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate regularly with users and system administrators to report machine status and provide end-user and administrator training.
• Update service and client databases, and provide regular updates on client status.

• Associate Degree in a relevant field, such as analytical chemistry or instrumentation.
• 2-5 years of experience in field service metrology, analytical instrumentation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HPLC, UPLC, GC, and MS instruments, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive salary range: $90,000 to $140,000.
