Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our patient rooms, common areas, and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks, including dust mopping and damp mopping floors, to ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, tubs, floors, and commodes, to prevent the spread of infection and maintain a healthy environment.
  • Be responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitizing of patient, sitting, and dining room furniture, including chairs, tables, and other equipment.
  • Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and uniforms.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
