Electrical Construction Superintendent

Walbridge is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Construction Superintendent to oversee the electrical aspects of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising electrical craft activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and supervise electrical craft activities, including determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinate electrical work with other trades and company departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure electrical work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  • Assist in resolving construction problems and ensuring compliance with project safety program requirements.
  • Monitor and report on electrical craft performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in electrical systems and technology.
  • Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and demonstrated ability to supervise large groups.
  • Prior experience with commercial and industrial project scopes of $15M value or more.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as required.
