This role involves the assembly of conveyor systems essential for product manufacturing. Technicians will interpret blueprints or work orders, gather necessary materials and components, and utilize hand and power tools to execute work instructions while conducting basic inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Interpret assembly and elevation drawings
- Construct modular steel cabinets and copper bus assemblies
- Read and utilize a tape measure
- Experience with manual hand tools (wrench, screwdriver, pliers)
- Proficient in using power tools (drill, impact, pneumatic torque wrench)
- Blueprint interpretation
- Mechanical assembly expertise
- Proficient in hand and power tool usage
- Understanding of electrical symbols and schematics
- Basic mathematical skills (fractions and decimals)
This is a contract position.
