Chief Tax Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead our tax department and drive excellence in client service. As a key member of our team, you will oversee tax planning, preparation, and consulting services for individuals and corporations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and compliance, as well as strong leadership skills to mentor and develop a high-performing team.

• Lead and manage the tax department, overseeing tax planning, preparation, and consulting services.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize client financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on complex tax matters, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth and learning.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or EA certification is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in tax planning, preparation, and consulting.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CCH Axcess products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work closely with clients and colleagues.
