Senior Coatings Inspector

KTA-Tator, Inc. is a leading materials engineering firm, recognized for corrosion protection and asset integrity expertise. Our $40 million enterprise offers a range of coatings, steel, concrete fabrication, and building envelope inspection, evaluation, and testing services.

We are seeking experienced Senior Certified Coating Inspectors (NACE CIP Level 3) for opportunities in the Midwestern and Northeastern U.S. Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• AMPP Senior Certified Coatings Inspector (NACE CIP Level 3)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent work ethic, communication, and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• 2-5 years' bridge coatings inspection experience
• SSPC Lead Paint Removal (C3)
• Bridge Coatings Inspector (BCI) Level 1 or 2

Physical requirements include:

• Close, color, distance, depth vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to travel extensively and work outside in various weather conditions
• Climbing, bending, crawling, and working in confined spaces and on uneven terrain
