We are seeking a Youth Health Care Provider to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Youth Health Care Provider, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children and families from across the region.

**About the Position**

The successful candidate will provide physical therapy services to patients aged birth to 21 years old, with a focus on pediatric rehabilitation and orthopedic conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and a passion for working with children and families.

**Responsibilities**

  • Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, including neurodevelopmental and orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field required.
  • Minimum of three months experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
  • Florida State License to practice Physical Therapy required.
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification required upon hire.

**Salary:** $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
