Position Overview

The role of the CT Imaging Specialist involves a comprehensive approach to patient care, ensuring that all procedures align with established healthcare standards and protocols.

Certification Requirements
  • Active certifications from either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross are mandatory and must be included in the application.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement treatment strategies, and evaluate patient outcomes in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Maintain accountability for the quality of imaging services provided, ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge and clinical judgment to assess patient data and deliver care tailored to the specific needs of individuals across various developmental stages.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist is required.
  • Previous travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Scheduling Information
  • Requests for time off will not be approved within the initial two weeks of employment or during holiday periods.
  • Time off cannot exceed 7 days.
Application Requirements
  • Complete submission of the Banner Cover Page.
  • Provide a detailed resume outlining previous facilities, including size, bed count, trauma level, and units worked in.
  • Include a skills checklist specific to the CT discipline, dated within the last year.
  • Active license verification must be current, not older than 30 days.
  • Ensure all certifications are active at the time of submission.
Additional Information
  • Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.
  • No Nursys Hits are permitted.
  • Adherence to specific background requirements is essential.
  • Completion of all learning modules is required prior to the commencement of the assignment.
  • Non-billable hours are adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
  • Assignments may be canceled by the client or vendor with a 7-day written notice without incurring penalties.
