At ASSA ABLOY, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Assembler I to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for supporting daily production activities and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform sub-assembly works and programming of reader assemblies
- Conduct basic testing of reader assemblies and printed circuit board assemblies
- De-assembly and assembly of readers
- Perform final reader mechanical assembly before shipments
- Perform mechanical assembly and soldering rework of SMT or Through-Hole
- Support in packaging and shipping
- Assist other staff members as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to read and comprehend work orders
- Ability to perform basic soldering of electrical components
- Ability to use pneumatic tooling
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and continue to grow professionally
- Ability to read, speak, write, and comprehend English language
- Good and strong team player and gets along well with others
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
- Computer skills to include Word, Excel, and Window 10 will be a plus
- Familiarize with ISO9000:2015 environment
