Position Objective: To effectively set up and operate all assigned machinery while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up any non-operational machines within the assigned group.

2. Monitor and document quality in accordance with departmental procedures.

3. Maintain cleanliness of machines and workspaces.

4. Adhere to all operational procedures and instructions.

5. Achieve production targets while minimizing waste and maximizing output.

6. Seek assistance from the roller foreman for any tooling or machine setup issues. Understand and operate all machines in the assigned group.

7. Perform additional duties as required.

Experience with Hartford SEMS, KEOI Mini, Ingramatic, and/or Menn Roller is highly advantageous.
