Quotations Specialist

At Lonestar Electric Supply, we're seeking an experienced Quotations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Projects team, you'll work closely with sales and clients to ensure accurate estimates for electrical projects.

• Collaborate with the sales team to gain in-depth understanding of project scopes and timelines.
• Participate in client meetings, including handovers from sales to Project Management.
• Gather necessary information to accurately estimate costs, revenues, and materials required for each project.
• Prepare lighting packages for customer approval and maintain current agent pricing structures.
• Expedite project quotes and generate reports for clients.
• Communicate effectively with all departments involved in quotation completion.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors or partners.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
• Construction or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working in teams and independently on projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
