Job Summary

This is a leadership role that oversees the clinical quality and risk management for ambulatory locations and providers within HCA Physician Services Group. The successful candidate will lead a team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, monitor and analyze data, and provide guidance to employees and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality improvement agenda that aligns with HCA Physician Services Group's mission and vision.
  • Lead a team to monitor and analyze clinical quality and risk data, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure effective implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and medical staff on quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring that HCA Physician Services Group remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Active RN license, as required by the state of employment.
