Job Summary:

The Associate Director of Finance and Innovation is a key member of the Finance team responsible for assessing, implementing, and administering the company's suite of software and automation solutions. This role reports to the Director of Finance and Innovation and is focused on advancing the company's information systems and processes to support both the company and the Finance organization.

This position is responsible for driving the company's digital transformation and process improvements by partnering with Finance leadership, IT, and business owners to improve systematic processes and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial systems and experience in ERP system design and implementation.

The Associate Director of Finance and Innovation will also be responsible for evaluating, maintaining, configuring, and developing the company's non-ERP financial systems, including Concur and other systems. This role will assist with user provisioning, training, and metadata for these systems.

Additionally, this position will partner with Finance leadership, IT, and business owners to assess all Finance processes for process improvement opportunities based on automation. The Associate Director of Finance and Innovation will project manage the implementation of identified process and system improvements with various cross-functional teams, including training and SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, maintain, configure, and develop the company's non-ERP financial systems
  • Assist with user provisioning, training, and metadata for these systems
  • Partner with Finance leadership, IT, and business owners to improve systematic processes and reporting
  • Assess all Finance processes for process improvement opportunities based on automation
  • Project manage the implementation of identified process and system improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent required
  • 8+ years minimum relevant work experience required
  • Deep understanding of financial systems and experience in ERP system design and implementation
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 or similar manufacturing ERP environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across functions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experiences and contributions. The expected salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role is $166,000 to $180,000.

This range is what the company reasonably expects to offer for the position and is not reflective of the full compensation scale of the role. An individual's salary within the range is based on multiple factors, which may include and are not limited to education, relevant experience, knowledge, length of industry experience, and organizational needs.

Base salary is one part of the overall compensation package, which includes the opportunity to participate in employee stock purchase programs and performance-based bonus programs.
