Key Responsibilities:

  • Possession of essential certifications such as IIBA ECBA, CBAP, or AAC is mandatory.
  • External BA certifications like IIBA AAC, CCBA, CBAP, or CSPO from Scrum Alliance are required as per project policies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Capital Market domain is crucial.
  • In-depth understanding of the complete Collateral Management Life Cycle is necessary.
  • Prior experience in managing Biparty and Triparty Collateral Management functionalities as an IT Business Analyst is essential.
  • Familiarity with vendor products in Collateral Management, including Transcend, is preferred.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Securities Lending, Collateral Management, and OTC markets within the BFSI sector is required.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing applications that align collateral management strategies with the organization's risk appetite and regulatory standards.
  • Experience in developing strategies for collateral eligibility optimization, securities lending, repo transactions, and collateral transformation is a plus.
  • Provide strategic guidance to business and technical teams for effective collateral operations and workflow development while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of BA roles and responsibilities, including BRD and FRD comprehension, as well as managing end-to-end implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, particularly with business heads, operations, and users.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and program management is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a desirable asset.

Skills Required:

Capital Market expertise is essential for this role.
