Tennessee Donor Services is seeking an Organ Donation Development Specialist to join our team in the Tri-Cities area. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to promote organ donation and strengthen partnerships between our organization and hospital partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize organ/tissue donation potential in participating hospitals.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and coroner/medical examiner staff to facilitate organ/tissue donation and champion process improvement initiatives.
  • Serving as a liaison to hospital staff during the donation process, ensuring effective communication between the hospital, donor families, and the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in the medical or donation industry, or related experience required.
  • Understanding of the healthcare system and hospital operations.

We offer a competitive compensation package including:

  • $58,000 - $72,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Up to 176 hours of PTO your first year, plus additional sick time and vacation days.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 403(b) plan matching contributions.
  • A wellness program and supplemental insurance benefits, including accident coverage and short-term disability.
