Pay Range: $22.46/hr on w2.
Forklift Experience Preferred
Material Handler experience
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Education: HS Diploma or GED required.
Job Description:
As a Material Handler, you will perform a variety of duties in loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant or work site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
- Loading materials into vehicles and installing strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools.
- Conveying materials from storage or work sites to designated areas, using hand trucks, electric dollies, wheelbarrows, or other devices.
A combination of over one month of directly related training and/or experience is typically required for carrying out the responsibilities for this job.
Reads work orders or follows verbal instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
