Job Summary
Under the supervision of a licensed Radiation Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in radiation treatment setup and delivery. You'll work closely with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless communication and exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about radiation therapy and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily machine quality assurance for all radiation therapy equipment
  • Assist with patient setup and treatment on linear accelerators
  • Monitor patient progress and side effects, providing daily assessments and recommendations
  • Learn and apply dosimetry planning and physics quality assurance principles
  • Assist with CT simulation scanning and setup for pre-planning of diagnoses
  • Collaborate with medical staff and physicists on HDR (Brachytherapy) treatments
Requirements
  • Candidate must be accepted into an accredited radiation therapy program and onboarded by MultiCare Health System, Inc. as a student

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, as well as paid time off.
