Position Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to deliver an enjoyable and engaging experience to every guest at World of Beer. As a Server, you will assist patrons in selecting the ideal beer and effectively promote our diverse menu offerings. Your goal is to ensure that each customer leaves with a desire to return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace the mission of uplifting customers' spirits one glass at a time.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, finding joy in the moment, and contributing to a lively atmosphere.
  • Deliver service that is casual, friendly, and tailored to the pace of the customers.
  • Actively engage with customers to promote our quality craft food and beverage selections.
  • Assist guests in exploring the unique offerings of World of Beer.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Food or alcohol awareness certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • A warm and welcoming smile is essential.

Work Requirements:

  • Capability to stand and navigate the establishment throughout the shift.
  • Ability to carry full trays of food and beverages.
  • Physical ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Retention of menu knowledge to effectively share with customers.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the establishment.
