Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and planning mechanically functioning equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production, installation, operation, maintenance, test, and repair of mechanically functioning equipment and processes.
  • Perform assignments involving responsibility for secondary projects or parts of major projects under general supervision.
  • Provide guidance to junior-level engineers, designers, and draftspersons.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, and 2-5 years of experience in design, analysis, and fabrication of mechanical components/systems.
  • Defense or aerospace industry experience is desired.
  • Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 is required.
  • Ability to work under supervision and perform assignments of medium complexity.
