About the Role:
This position is integral to a manufacturer specializing in orthopedic extraction tools. The PPS (Pay per Surgery) program provides rental services for advanced orthopedic implant extraction tools to healthcare facilities and surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the PPS Program: Collaborate with internal teams and sales representatives to manage the PPS program efficiently.
  • Order Management: Accurately process purchase orders for rental services and ensure all order details are documented for tracking and billing.
  • Monthly Reconciliation: Regularly review and reconcile monthly PPS orders and freight costs, addressing discrepancies with relevant parties.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the assignment and maintenance of rental equipment, ensuring all tools are serviced for optimal performance.
  • Audit Compliance: Conduct audits of sales representatives' activities and monitor adherence to PPS program guidelines.
  • Knowledge Development: Gain familiarity with Shukla sales and PPS programs to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with orthopedic or medical device terminology is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications for order processing and inventory management.
