Care Hospice is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to become an integral part of our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a committed, diligent, and results-oriented professional to collaborate with a talented group within a thriving organization.

This position is based out of our Support Center Office, which offers convenient parking options. The role provides the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be crucial in advancing our organization's data-centric culture. You will utilize your programming expertise to manage, analyze, and convert data, empowering key stakeholders to make informed choices.

Your contributions will be vital in designing interactive dashboards and performing data mining to identify cost-saving opportunities, ultimately driving success in the hospice sector.

Proficiency in Tableau and SQL is essential.

Additionally, experience utilizing Tableau and SQL in a professional setting is required, rather than just academic or internship experience.

Responsibilities:
Design visually engaging dashboards and data visualizations that yield actionable insights.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain key performance indicators.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by automating and refining technical processes.

Conduct thorough data mining and analytics to reveal cost-saving opportunities.

Provide prompt responses to ad-hoc data inquiries and assist in root cause analysis efforts.

Consult with decision-makers to identify data sources and validation standards.

Integrate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration, Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.

A minimum of four (4) years of experience in business analysis or data management and analysis tools.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau.

Familiarity with data engineering and modeling concepts.

Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new technical skills and apply them effectively.

Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
