We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team at Builder.ai. As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in strategizing and overseeing the technical architecture of customer projects built within our Builder Studio platform.
Key Responsibilities- Implement customer projects that are scalable and reliable while following industry best practices and aligning to our technical standards and policies.
- Work closely with our Product Owners and Technical Project Managers to ensure our code development and architecture achieves the highest stakeholder satisfaction.
- Present technical solutions to enterprise customers and engage with our Sales and Delivery teams to understand customer requirements and feasibility.
- Document architecture and technical tasks as part of user story refinement and lead the resolution of technical problems.
- Identify process improvement areas and champion innovation in automating parts of the SDLC through the use of technology.
- 5+ years experience with a wide range of web, back-end, or mobile technologies.
- Mastery of Ruby / Ruby on Rails in a cloud-based ecosystem.
- Experience presenting technical solutions to customers and a proven track record of designing scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Experience leading development efforts across multiple projects or work streams in parallel and working with off-shore/outsourced developers across different time zones.
- Experience with code review tools and practices to ensure best practices are followed and code quality gates are achieved.
- Experience with creating documentation, unit tests, integration tests, security, and load tests.
- Solid Understanding of GitOps principles.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable with open source monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, along with an ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and/or application issues across these tools.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Experience with React Native and ReactJS.
