Job Title: OLFW Trainee

Job Summary:
Peerless Chain is seeking a skilled OLFW Trainee to join our production team. As an OLFW Trainee, you will be responsible for setting up and operating oval link forming, welding, and calibrating machines to produce high-quality chain and other products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate oval link forming, welding, and calibrating machines
• Perform necessary adjustments and repairs
• Check chain quality and adherence to specifications
• Record production information on forms
• Use hand and power tools to perform tasks

Requirements:
• Physical requirements, mechanical assessments, and abilities
• Experience in machine setups and operating Material Handling equipment
• Computer skills and communication abilities
• Ability to train and work in partnership with other operators

Working Conditions:
• Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles
• Occasional exposure to vibration and loud noise levels

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
