About the Role

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide support with daily living tasks to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients and their families to ensure they receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic care services such as bathing, grooming, and feeding to patients in their homes
  • Assist patients with daily living tasks, such as dressing and mobility
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse
  • Provide essential social and emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
  • Minimum one year of Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) experience required, based on state requirements
  • Current CPR certification, based on state requirements
  • Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements for a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
  • Copy of updated TB results/Chest x-ray
