Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at USPI. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures
  • Monitor and maintain aseptic techniques and patient safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Current CST certification
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center (strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
