Family Medicine Physician

**About the Role**
TEEMA is seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, as well as provide preventive care and health education to patients.
- Conduct routine check-ups, physical exams, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate referrals as needed.
**Requirements**
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of California.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
