Job Title: Finish Carpenter

Salary Range: $20-$32 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to deliver high-quality craftsmanship in Indiana. As a Finish Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finish Carpentry: Execute high-quality finish carpentry work, including trim work, crown molding, baseboards, wainscoting, and other decorative elements.

2. Installation: Measure, cut, and install various wood materials to meet project specifications.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and design plans.

4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.

5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter with a minimum of 2 years in the field.

2. Skills: Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.

3. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.

4. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional vocational or technical training in carpentry is a plus.
