- Perform all duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement.
- Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking, and laundry, mobility, and walking assistance.
- Provide toileting and personal hygiene assistance.
- Assist with medication reminders.
- Provide routine transfer assistance.
- Assist with bathing and showering.
- Transport clients and run errands.
Requirements:
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Certificate showing Negative for TB.
- Valid driver's license.
- Photocopy of Social Security Card.
- Current proof of auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- CNA License or completed HHA Competency test.
- Federal fingerprinting requirement.
- Physical.
- Bank slip or screenshot from your account with the routing and account #'s.
