Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As an outpatient therapist, you will work closely with clients to evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Clinical licensure (LISW)
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate stable boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
