We conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine each patient's unique needs, and then create a multifaceted program using the latest rehabilitation therapies and advanced technologies to support them on their road to recovery.
Our goal is to help our patients recover as fully as possible and regain the level of independence they hope to achieve.
As a Physical Therapist with Lifepoint Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.
- Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members.
- Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
- Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
