Job Overview

Position Summary:
This is a hybrid role focused on providing expert guidance in the planning, development, maintenance, and operational support of Microsoft SharePoint sites and Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership:
    • Advise on best practices for managing numerous applications and scaling development efforts.
    • Enhance existing SharePoint main sites and subsites.
    • Create both model-driven and canvas-driven PowerApps.
    • Utilize analytical skills to identify client challenges and provide effective troubleshooting support.
    • Assist SharePoint Administrators and Power Platform app owners with various issues.
  2. Deliverables:
    • Develop comprehensive documentation including SOPs, guides, and best practices for supported technologies.
    • Provide ongoing insights into industry standards and optimization techniques for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for technical personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a background screening is required.
  • Extensive experience managing SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in SharePoint development and maintenance.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Power Platform.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with citizen developers and IT teams.
  • Experience in managing document libraries, workflows, and site collections.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Broad knowledge of SharePoint content management, including Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and PowerApps.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of Federal agency IT policies and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, are preferred.
