- Take ownership of client complaints and issues, resolving them promptly and effectively to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Recognize transaction needs of clients, directing them to alternative self-service channels and providing assistance as needed.
- Engage clients in the branch lobby, demonstrating expertise in digital capabilities and identifying their financial needs.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic computer and digital tools skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Retail experience, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
