An Automotive Service Operations Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing daily activities, which include driving sales, engaging with clients, fostering customer relationships, and supervising the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a significant volume of proactive outreach to prospective clients (must possess exceptional phone sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively)
  • Interact with incoming clients, both face-to-face and via phone, to successfully drive and finalize sales
  • Welcome and advise clients on services offered
  • Oversee technician scheduling and monitor the progress of vehicle repairs
  • Manage parts ordering and inventory levels
