Registered Nurse

Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan is a state-of-the-art facility providing evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a team that offers an integrated medicine approach, including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy, and nutrition.
Responsibilities- Complete nurse-to-nurse assessments with other healthcare facilities and communicate with Internal Medicine as needed.
- Conduct internal nursing assessments and provide competent care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
- Continually assess and reassess patients' medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
- Participate in planning and implementing patient treatment plans with other team members.
- Work with both adult and adolescent populations.

Requirements- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Michigan required.
