Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Oversight: Clinically oversee the practices of staff, including an infusion nurse, prior authorization specialist, and billing, to ensure seamless delivery of infusion services.
  • Leadership: Collaborate with other specialists to enhance clinical excellence and promote a culture of quality care.
  • Patient Care: Carry a small panel of patients requiring rheumatological care, providing comprehensive and compassionate treatment.
Requirements
  • Education and Training: Minimum of 3-5 years as a practicing provider with an unrestricted medical license.
  • Licenses and Certifications: State of Florida Medical License, Board Certification, and CPR/AED certification.
  • Communication Skills: Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Creole), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS systems (Office 365) and EMR systems (Athena One, Athena Practice, Epic, WeInfuse).
